Franchise Model

The opportunity to build a local, high-quality Garden Rooms business under the national brand, Serenity Garden Rooms.

As the ambassador for your territory, all the leads generated in the area will be yours and yours alone. You will be a team of installers of high quality, top of the range, bespoke garden rooms and you will be trained to Serenity Standards.

We, as the HQ of the operation will supply the materials, process all the admin and manage the transportation and delivery of full garden room kits. We will also organise the foundations at the beginning and the electrical certificate on completion of each build.

Essentially we will have a supply and install relationship. We supply and you install.
